RenderRoof is operated by SLA Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of PropUp Group Limited. Any commercial terms binding with PropUp Group Limited apply to SLA Holdings Limited.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RenderRoof ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

3. Description of Service

RenderRoof is an AI-powered platform that provides real estate photo editing and enhancement services, including but not limited to day-to-dusk conversions, virtual staging, item removal, image touch-ups, and property description generation.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

5. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following:

  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
  • Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Create misleading or fraudulent property representations
  • Process images containing illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Output Content: You own the transformed images generated by the Service, subject to any third-party rights in the original content.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by RenderRoof and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to transform images. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations
  • Transformed images should be reviewed for accuracy before use in listings
  • Virtual staging and enhancements should be disclosed to potential buyers as required by local regulations
  • We are not responsible for any misrepresentation claims arising from use of transformed images

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your images solely to provide the Service and do not use your images for AI training purposes without explicit consent.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RenderRoof from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
